Main responsibilities

- Our corporate customer team serves around 1,300 corporate customers and offers the entire range of products and services of a modern corporate bank.
- You are the first point of contact for the concerns of our corporate customers, both by phone and electronically.
- You take responsibility for the corporate customer administration and support our corporate customer consultants together with a further assistance.

- Administrative work in the area of corporate customers, in particular processing of customer openings, mutations and pendencies in compliance with regulatory requirements Accompaniment and triage of customer cases Cross-selling of all financial services
- Coordination of team-relevant concerns with other specialist areas
- Including new processes, systems and digital channels / content in sales activities Requirements
- Banking education or equivalent with experience in banking
