Medical /-r practice assistant /-in 100% (ophthalmology)

Responsibility

• Organisation of office hours and ensuring a smooth daily routine
• Patient Care and Administration
• Assistance in diagnostic interventions
• Support of our ophthalmologists in specific eye tests as part of their practical work
• Information and preparation of patients before surgical procedures
• Administration of eye drops
• Provision and cleaning of consumables, medicines and instruments necessary for consultation
• Independent performance of diagnostic measurements
• (Autoref., NCT, OCT, Galileo, Pachy, Octopus, etc.)
• Performance billing
• Acquisition and mutation of patient data in the IFA and Nexus

Requirements

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant/in EFZ, optometrist/in EFZ or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in the health sector, ophthalmology beneficial
• Open, dynamic and independent personality with a lot of pleasure in dealing with people
• Team-oriented working method and high customer orientation
• A well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
• Readiness for flexible use within practice activities
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
