Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma disorders. As a health insurance-approved institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based and human-oriented treatment for our patients. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the ambulatorium and the day clinic in Lenzburg and the trauma-specific ambulatorium in Baden – we combine professional competence with an appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation.

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts payable and payable, including payments and dunning
• Accounting of bank and cash transactions and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
• Participation in controlling and active support in the preparation of cost accounting
• Close cooperation with patient administration, performance management and other areas in financial matters, including patient billing support and independent processing of general administrative activities

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Further education in accounting beneficial, but not condition
• First professional experience in accounting, interest in further development in this area – also apprentices:inside and re-entry:inside are expressly welcome
• You work reliably and independently, think along and recognize connections
• Good IT user knowledge, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
