In this position, you act as a central interface between sales, customers and internal and external partners and actively contribute to joint success. Tasks:

• Independent offer preparation and order processing
• Processing of international tender transactions
• Testing and handling of incoming orders
• Send or prepare orders in the factory and at suppliers
• Clarifications between our manufacturer plant and the customer
• Support for international sales partners
• Maintenance and development of CRM system
• Managing daily correspondence and communication
• In-house back-up for the international sales team
• Organisation of travel and trade fairs
• Organization of meetings and meetings, including hotel bookings, logistics, hospitality and care of external visitors/customers on-site and off-site (prepare, organize and supervise meetings and events)
• Processing of international tender transactions
• Assistance to the Extended Management
• Creating presentations for the advanced management qualification:
• Basic commercial education/study
• Professional experience, ideally in international sales
• Good knowledge in the MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point...)
• Very good knowledge of English and French, further knowledge of foreign languages beneficial
