Tasks

• Participation in the project in the transformation into the integrated management system (IMS) of Suva clinics at both locations – e.g.:
• Establishment of an application for the documentation of the IMS
• Process modelling and migration of documents
• Training of employees
• Substantive handling:
• Document maintenance and control
• Management and documentation of cross-clinical improvement and corrective measures
• Organization of satisfaction measures (patients, assignees) as well as internal and external audits
• ERM risk control support
• Management and evaluation of statistics
• Assistance in the development and implementation of quality concepts and quality improvement measures with the specialist areas (e.g. on the quality contract according to KVG 58a)
• Assistance in the implementation and controlling of internal and external quality specifications/standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus)
• Collaboration in projects (e.g. Lean Management, Records Management)

Profile

• Basic training in business administration and/or in the health profession
• Courses such as Quality Manager / Healthcare, Quality and Process Manager / etc.
• Experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
• Experience in project, lean and record management is an advantage
• Networked thinking and action combined with the ability to work together with people from different professional groups / stakeholders
• Ability to communicate level- and address-oriented as well as service-oriented in word and writing
• Very good knowledge in the application of MS Office products and applications for integrated management systems
• Compulsory: knowledge of German at the level of mother tongue as well as very good knowledge of French (bilingue) and willingness to travel (Sion, Bern)

Pensum: 60%
