Job: By arrangement, indefinitely

Tasks

• You support the station doctor in administrative tasks.
• They handle and forward telephone and written requests, make appointments and register consulates, X-rays, therapies, etc.
• You keep the medical history in cooperation with the station doctor / station doctor.
• They accompany the doctors on the visit and document the regulations.

Requirements

• Med. Practical assistant or completed med. Training (e.g. health specialist) with further training as medical secretary and several years of professional experience in a hospital
• Very good knowledge of medical terminology and IT knowledge (of advantage KISIM knowledge)
• Work assignment Monday to Friday (without weekend)
