Are you enthusiastic about daily contact with people, communicative and helpful? Then training at Contact Center Post is exactly right for you! During the three-year initial vocational training, you will acquire the skills needed for a successful entry into the world of customer communication.

- You are the first point of contact for all telephone and written enquiries from our customers.
- At Contact Center Post, you advise customers, help them solve their problems and competently answer their questions.
- You work in a varied and flexible way across various information and communication channels.
- You gain insight into the various areas of Post and thus get to know the work processes, services and products.
- After the introductory phase, you will soon also be able to provide competent information in another national language.
