• You set up production and filling plants yourself, operate them and ensure process stability.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience: in food production, ideally chocolate/cocoa, baked goods, snacks, drinks or dairy
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): As a plant manager, food technologist or comparable qualification (e.g. baker, brewer, miller)
• German (very good knowledge): At least level B1
• Readiness for 2- to 4-shift work (weekend if necessary) and corresponding mobility
• High quality, safety and hygiene awareness
• You work structured and clean.
• Technical understanding, problem-solving skills in disruption and team and communication strength

Recruitment process
