• There is a lot of variety waiting for you. In addition, you take on these tasks in the team:
• Operation and monitoring of our cooking plant for the production of functional fruit gums
• Equipment of the installation and the associated peripheral systems
• Carry out minor maintenance and repair work to ensure smooth production operations
• Independent implementation of line approvals, in-process controls as well as all hygiene, quality and safety tests incl. Documentation
• Ensuring production objectives in terms of quality and performance targets
• Support in the further development of production by introducing ideas for improvement

• For this position as plant manager in Baden, clear rules apply. Therefore, only apply if you really meet these points – because this is the only way for you to proceed quickly:
• Completed training as an investment manager, food technologist EFZ, food practitioner EBA or a similar technical training as polymechanic EFZ
• Professional experience as a machine operator, ideally in a production company in the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Reliable, independent and hygienic working methods
• Team-capable, flexible and resilient personality
• Readiness for shift work (3-shift operation)
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
