• Independent programming, setting up and optimization of welding robots
• Operating and further developing existing robot programs
• Carrying out demanding welding work on components made of nickel-based alloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy
• Collaboration in the further development of robot welding technology
• Welding with robot systems
• Welding on rotary and longitudinal machines as well as spot welding
• Requirements
• Completed apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus engineer or comparable technical training
• Sound knowledge of the programming and application of welding robots
• Experience in the development and further development of robot welding processes
• Further training in the field of welding is an advantage
• Welder examination according to EN ISO 9606-4 is an advantage
