Role overview

As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will be responsible for accelerating AI adoption across the Technology department while helping the wider organization identify and implement high-impact AI initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head Talent & Methodology, you will work closely with Engineering Managers, the Tech Drive (Technical Governance), Communities of Practice, Methodology, Human Resources, Product Strategy, Operational Products, and other business departments.

Make AI a core engineering capability at Swissquote. You will continuously identify opportunities where AI can improve engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and product innovation, while ensuring adoption follows Swissquote's governance and quality standards. Rather than only delivering training, you will build a sustainable enablement ecosystem that allows teams to become autonomous AI practitioners. Key Responsibilities AI Enablement & Learning

  • Design, build and continuously evolve the Software Engineering AI Enablement Program.
  • Deliver hands-on workshops, technical trainings, bootcamps and office hours.
  • Coordinate AI learning initiatives across Software Engineering and Technology.
  • Develop practical learning paths covering Generative AI, AI-assisted software development, prompting, AI agents, automation and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Create reusable playbooks, best practices and engineering guidelines.
  • Measure AI adoption and continuously improve enablement programs through feedback and metrics.

Partnership Engineering Excellence

  • Work alongside engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can significantly improve software development lifecycle productivity.
  • Help teams integrate AI into software design, coding, testing, documentation, operations and maintenance.
  • Prototype AI-powered engineering workflows and reference implementations.
