• Advice and support in complex care situations
• Professional support and empowerment of our employees
• Cooperation with doctors, clinics and other specialist bodies
• Close cooperation with the existing nursing doctor as well as cross-team with our other specialists
• Further development of standards, processes and quality of care
• Planning and implementation of internal specialist training
• Cooperation in quality and development projects
• Versatile technical function with design scope and responsibility

You have it in your luggage.

• Degree in Master of Science in Nurse (MScN), with emphasis on Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
• Sound professional experience
• Independent working method, networked thinking and high level of expertise
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
• Good communication and reflectivity
• Strong quality awareness
