Exciting tasks await

• Accompanying and caring for the refugees and ensuring smooth operation in the assigned accommodation
• Independent organization of the administration, this includes maintaining the client database, handling billing and formal correspondence with internal and external bodies
• Targeted support in the integration process according to cantonal specifications as well as complete and legally compliant dossier management in tutoris
• Contact person for authorities, doctors, hospitals and internal and external bodies
• Maintenance in cooperation with the real estate service

What you bring

• Completed social or health training and equivalent professional experience in a comparable capacity
• Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) and good oral knowledge of English
• Other languages are beneficial
• Category B driving licence and own vehicle
• Interest and openness in dealing with refugees and enjoyment of a meaningful activity
• Independent, team-capable and solution-oriented working method and high social competence
