- Your ability to conceptualize a vision and translate it into operational reality will be essential to support managers in the evolution of their managerial practices and the accountability of their teams, making human capital the main lever of HR performance. We ask
- With university training in human resources and management, you justify a confirmed and recent experience in a human resources executive position, ideally within a complex organization in the parapublic or hospital sector.
- Your journey testifies to a proven success in carrying out cultural and organisational transformations.
- You know how to reconcile administrative rigour with human vision and you have demonstrated your ability to develop a strong employer brand, to manage soothing social relationships and to promote caring and demanding leadership.
- Your posture is distinguished by an open mind, strong integrity and ability to negotiate with diplomacy.
- You know how to develop strategic visions and turn them into concrete action plans, involving stakeholders at all levels.
- You are comfortable with the challenges of digitalizing HR processes and have an excellent knowledge of labour laws and collective agreements.
- As a member of the Executive Committee, you are actively participating in the sessions, giving your opinion and being comfortable with the other aspects of the hospital.
