- Enable agile team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an effective manner

Hauptaufgaben
- Scrum Master:
- Enable agile team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an effective manner
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in applying effective product and backlog management techniques
- Organise and facilitate the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
- Support the leadership and Agile Coach with OVS ceremonies e.g.
- Program Increment (PI) Planning and OVS demos
- Proactively remove obstacles and impediments for the team
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the agile team
- Enable organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement through agile ceremonies and an open feedback culture
- Coach and support agile team members to grow and develop
Wichtige Anforderungen
- Competencies Scrum Master:
- Excellent communication, project management and organisation skills
- Experience in leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, incl. tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to proactively solve problems and resolve conflict
- Understanding of software development and lifecycle
- Growth-oriented and agile mindset and passionate about change Senior Engineer:
- Self-Dedication to producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on robust software design
- Proficient in backend and frontend programming languages and deep understanding of software development life cycle
- Demonstrated knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Ability to lead and contribute to the evolution of software engineering standards and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Education and Required Skills:
- Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent diploma)
