The Third Party Advisory and Implementation team assists in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with external business relationships through advisory, implementation and operate services.
We focus on enhancing the maturity of our client’s third party Management (TPM) processes, covering both third party risk management (TPRM) and contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities.
