Position Overview

dormakaba Global IT is seeking a Program Manager SAP & Business Applications to lead the execution of critical enterprise transformation initiatives.
This role is central to delivering large-scale SAP programs that underpin dormakaba’s core business processes across finance, supply chain and operations.

You will join a global IT organization focused on translating innovation into scalable, business-relevant solutions.

Taking full ownership of strategic programs from initiation through to successful delivery and value realization.
This includes managing scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams and partners.
Establishing and leading governance structures with senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective decision-making.
Steering execution on a day-to-day basis, proactively resolving issues and bringing clarity to complex and fast-moving environments.
Leading cross-functional, multi-vendor teams across regions, fostering collaboration and a strong sense of shared accountability.
Actively building alignment across stakeholders and ensuring that delivered solutions are anchored sustainably within the organization.
Promoting a structured and transparent approach to risk, quality and change management, ensuring stability and long-term value creation. The SAP Focus
