- Partnership & Expert Advice: Act as a trusted HR advisor and partner to Retail leadership, translating business priorities into concrete and effective HR initiatives.

- Talent Lifecycle Management: Drive the entire talent lifecycle for our boutique employees, including recruitment, performance management, talent reviews and development, salary review processes, and succession planning, to strengthen our Retail teams' capabilities and enhance retention.
- Data-Driven HR & Operations: Utilize HR Information Systems (such as Workday and SAP) to optimize processes and adopt an analytical approach to interpret HR data.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR effectiveness and contribute to business outcomes, including budget planning and headcount control.
- Cultural Leadership & Change Management: Promote a performance-driven, diverse, and inclusive culture within Cartier.
- Lead and implement local and international HR projects, driving and executing impactful HR change management initiatives across the boutique network.
- Boutique Proximity & Collaboration: Ensure strong proximity and close collaboration with our boutique teams, involving regular travel across Switzerland (minimum 30%) to understand their needs and provide on-the-ground support.
- HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a HRBP role.
- Demonstrated experience within the luxury industry, with a strong understanding of the retail environment being a significant asset.
