- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre, vorzugsweise bei einer Bank, oder Matura
- Gute Bankfachkenntnisse sowie Interesse und Verständnis für Finanzprodukte sind Voraussetzung
Wichtige Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre, vorzugsweise bei einer Bank, oder Matura
- Gute Bankfachkenntnisse sowie Interesse und Verständnis für Finanzprodukte sind Voraussetzung
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als 1st Level Call Agent bei einem Finanzdienstleister oder im Private Banking
- Stilsicheres Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, vorzugsweise Italienisch, Spanisch und/oder Französisch in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationstalent und sichere Gesprächsführung; problemlose Meisterung von Konfliktsituationen; gezielte und effiziente Gesprächsführung
- Bereitschaft für Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (Betriebszeiten 08.00 – 20.00 Uhr)
- Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Betriebssystemen und MAC OS
- Online und technische Affinität (Internet, Mobile & PC Support), allgemeines technisches Verständnis Akkurate und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Belastbar und fähig unter Druck zu arbeiten
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, welche stets fokussiert auf interne wie externe Kunden ist
