- The candidate will play a key role in shaping how AI is integrated into current and future products and will contribute to internal AI capabilities, tooling, and best practices. Das bringst du mit :
- Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or at a related field with focus on AI
- 5+ years of experience in software development and in working with AI / Machine Learning
- Technical skills in programming and Engineering (C#, Python or TypeScript, Java, Go)
- Practical experience with large language models (LLMs, AI APIs and integration)
- strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Mentoring and coaching mindset Curiosity and continuous learning attitude
- English (C1) and as a plus German (B2) written and spoken
