Initial leadership experience (e.g. as Shift Leader or Chef de Rang with responsibilities) is considered a strong advantage.
Languages: Fluent German and good English skills are essential for daily guest interaction.
Completed training in hospitality, restaurant service, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience in upscale à la carte service.

Initial leadership experience (e.g. as Shift Leader or Chef de Rang with responsibilities) is considered a strong advantage.
Languages: Fluent German and good English skills are essential for daily guest interaction.
Any additional language, especially Italian, is a valuable asset.
Personality: You are highly resilient, remain calm and organized even during busy service periods, and maintain a clear overview at all times.
