- Finance Transformation Projects & Process Automation (approx. 50%): Serving as a key stakeholder in the strategic rethinking and continuous improvement of current processes and organizational structures.
- Functioning as a PMO to coordinate Group, regional, and local projects at the market level, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
- Reengineering and automating repetitive operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborating closely with various functions to develop and implement automated and digitized solutions.
- Partnering with other Controlling teams on digitalization and data visualization initiatives to provide robust analysis for business and strategic decision-making.
