Hauptaufgaben
- Your responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement workstream of Bachem Sisslerfeld and act as the single procurement point of contact.
- Coordinate all procurement activities across Category Managers, Engineering, PMO and project leadership while ensuring optimal commercial outcomes.
- Act as Procurement Project Lead (PPL) for the Bachem Sisslerfeld Program and serve as the single point of contact for all project procurement activities.
- Define and drive the overall procurement, sourcing and commercial strategy in close alignment with Project Management and Engineering.
- Coordinate and align procurement activities across all CAPEX Category Managers responsible for Construction, Equipment, Installation & Interieur, Automation and Engineering Services.
- Support and partially lead commercial negotiations and award recommendations for major contracts, strategic suppliers and critical project packages.
- Own procurement governance, risk management and ensure reporting across the project procurement portfolio.
- Partner closely with Legal to support contract reviews of complex contracts, orders and amendments,
- Prepare and drive claims and commercial disputes in cooperation with the Category Manager, Legal and PMO.
