- As the P&C Business Partner for QR&E, you will be based in the USA but possess a deeply global mindset.
- This role is designed for an HR professional who is energized by engaging and supporting diverse, global teams and who wants to expand their expertise by learning how P&C and employment landscapes operate in other countries.
- You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders located both inside and outside the USA, navigating a complex matrix organization to translate business priorities into impactful global people strategies.
- You will be an active member of a dedicated, international team of P&C Business Partners.
- Together, you will collaborate closely across borders and time zones to share insights, align initiatives, and provide seamless, unified support to the global QR&E organization.
