In this role, you will support our financial stewardship across the med‑tech value chain, contribute to informed decision‑making for innovative healthcare solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help drive sustainable growth and bring life‑changing technologies to patients worldwide as New Graduate Finance Ihr Aufgabengebiet Be an active team member in the controlling and accounting team and support the team in their daily activities to prepare data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews Take over responsibility for one selected process, e.g.

AI enabling Collaborate with R&D Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate project costs, investment needs, and business cases Prepare presentations and analysis for the executive management and/or Board Actively work on selected projects, such as for example (might change, depending on the need) Improve the cash flow projection and reporting, including optimization of intercompany financing structure Roll out the business spend management software Coupa to selected countries Integrate Smart Notes into the cloud version in order to enhance reporting and commenting Build a strong understanding of med‑tech financial frameworks, regulatory considerations, and the economics of product development
