- You support the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries, metadata definitions, and lineage documentation for priority data sources
- You assist in routine data quality assessments and support the classification and cataloging of structured and unstructured datasets
- You work within existing stewardship procedures and tools to support transparency, traceability, and reusability of development data
- You build subject matter expertise in data stewardship practices for real-world, clinical, and operational data across Roche’s development landscape
- You collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent documentation and alignment with data standards
- You contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and informal guidance for team members new to data stewardship practices
- You ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant standards
- You contribute to a culture of data stewardship by following data governance principles and best practices Who you are:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Information Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
