To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Communications Business Partner (f/m/d), 80–100%, with the skills and motivation to independently support our businesses in all areas of communications.
The position reports to the Head of Group Communications and External Affairs and is located in Bubendorf/CH.

- Minimum five years’ work experience in corporate communications, experience with manufacturing organizations and/or chemical or pharmaceutical industries is a plus Strong command of both English and German is mandatory with strong writing and storytelling skills in either language, French a plus Strong skills in content creation for different audiences and across all channels A university degree in science, business communication or related fields Townhall hosting, facilitation and related technical skills Ability to work within a deadline-driven, high-energy and fast-paced environment Strong time and project management skills Collaborative attitude and an ability to operate in a changing environment and rapidly growing company A positive, constructive, and can-do approach to work and colleagues Strong team player, networking- and communication skills Customer and solution focused, self-driven and able to prioritize Our offer: An exciting and challenging job in a dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with internal development opportunities Flexible working hours with home office days and an option for obtaining additional vacation days through workload reduction Employee development through numerous internal and external training opportunities 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as option for extra-mandatory pension provision with our Pension Plan Plus Access to benefits platforms with discounts from external partners Fresh, healthy
