- Drive new business growth through focused risk selection and strategy

- Collaborate with Risk Engineering & Claims to anticipate the unique needs of Power & Renewable energy risks
- Develop, expand, and enhance broker and client relationships through intentional visibility and frequent engagement
- Build for the future through fostering team development, talent upskilling
- Negotiate and place facultative reinsurance when applicable

- Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and rating annual rules. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 9 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area.
- Bachelors Degree and 18 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support area
- Experience in a specialized insurance line of business or segment
- Strong knowledge of underwriting philosophy, techniques, national/local filing regulations and guidelines Ability to effectively assess risk
- Ability to work in a team-based environment Strong presentation skills Remote Working: Hybrid Schedule: Full Time Employment Sponsorship Offered: No
