Junior Compliance Spezialist with Italian — UBS

We are looking for a control Analyst for our Monitoring & Surveillance (M&S) EMEA Team to: • Conduct cross-divisional controls to identify potential issues under the Investment Suitability, Cross-Border, and Product & Service Lifecycle risk taxonomies, promptly escalating potential breaches to M&S management. • Document and communicate findings, root causes, risks, and prepare reports for senior management. • Develop sound recommendations for stakeholders when agreeing action plans. • Proactively share ideas and identify improvements to the surveillance control activities. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and peers across Group Compliance and Operational Risk Control (GCORC).
