Rollenüberblick
Der/die Produktentwickler/in ist direkt dem PD-Manager unterstellt und für Design, Forschung, Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produkte für die Bekleidungslinien zuständig.
Er/sie ist für die Produktentwicklung und -planung während des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus verantwortlich, einschließlich der Erfassung und Priorisierung von Produktanforderungen, der engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufsabteilung und der Sicherstellung, dass die Umsatz- und Kundenzufriedenheitsziele erreicht werden.
Außerdem stellt er/sie sicher, dass das Produkt auf die Strategie und die Ziele des Unternehmens abgestimmt ist.
Wichtige Anforderungen
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the same role and field
- Strong ability with Adobe (photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of womenswear and menswear required, preferably Outlet division
- Must prove to have a clear understanding of the Guess Brand DNA
- Knowledge of and experience using conventional and unconventional fabrics and materials
- Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation
- Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all level
