- Your expertise:Proven (at least 7 years) experience in Global Payroll management and HR Systems administration (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).Deep knowledge of complex multi-country payroll processes and compliance requirements.Strong experience in leading HRIS implementation, integration, and optimization projects.Demonstrated ability to embrace change and challenge the status quo to improve operational efficiency.Strong ownership of the global HR Systems perimeter, with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
- Any other additional language will be considered a plus.Desirable:Experience in a travel or tech company environment.Exposure to and/or experience with People Operations & Administration in any additional European and extra-European countries is a plus.
