ESG Analyst — UBS

Are you interested in ESG analysis that directly influences credit decisions? Are you motivated by contributing your expertise within a collaborative, global team environment? We are looking for ESG Analyst to:

• working alongside credit analysts in the US and UK to assess material ESG risks and opportunities for loan and bond issuers
• developing and maintaining issuer level ESG assessments and ratings, with clear documentation of key risk drivers and rationale
• presenting ESG analysis and ratings to the ESG Committee and responding to feedback as part of formal review processes
• conducting reputational risk assessments, including evaluation of controversies, governance concerns, and emerging ESG issues
• monitoring ESG risks through news flow, regulatory developments, and external events, proactively flagging material developments
• supporting industry level ESG research, including identification of sector specific ESG risk themes and trends
