Responsabilità principali
- We are a small, action-oriented Finance team with big responsibilities and impact across the organization.
- We evolve best practices by being forward-thinking, working cross-functionally, and leveraging the latest technology to uphold the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of On’s externally published financial reports.
- The Group Reporting team is responsible for On’s external financial reporting, consolidated financial statements, accounting policies, and technical accounting matters, in compliance with regulations. Your mission
- Support with the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports filed with the SEC (U.S Securities and Exchange Commission) and published externally, in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and SEC regulations.
- You will help ensure our externally published financial information is accurate and in compliance.
- Partner and collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury, Investor Relations and other teams to gather critical data and qualitative insights for our reporting.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements by leveraging AI and technology to streamline and automate group reporting processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis, cross-functional projects, monthly consolidation tasks, accounting policies, and technical accounting memos. Your story
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting (IFRS considered a plus)
