Manage and coordinate day-to-day after-sales operations, including spare parts and repair activities, ensuring efficient and timely processing
Create, enter, and continuously monitor sales and repair orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Track order status throughout the entire lifecycle, proactively managing priorities, deadlines, and urgent requests to meet customer expectations
Act as a key support interface for customer inquiries, providing prompt, reliable, and solution-oriented assistance in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Prepare and maintain regular operational reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Solid user knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., data handling, basic analysis, and reporting)
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Strong team spirit and collaboration within an international and multicultural environment
