Initial practical in customer service, back office operations, logistics, or supply chain management

Responsabilità principali

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day after-sales operations, including spare parts and repair activities, ensuring efficient and timely processing
  • Create, enter, and continuously monitor sales and repair orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Track order status throughout the entire lifecycle, proactively managing priorities, deadlines, and urgent requests to meet customer expectations
  • Act as a key support interface for customer inquiries, providing prompt, reliable, and solution-oriented assistance in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain regular operational reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Processo di candidatura

  • Solid user knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., data handling, basic analysis, and reporting)
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
