- Expert knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing and procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms). Your Team:
- You are part of the Global Supply Chain team, reporting into the Sr.
- Lead Procurement Category Manager Outbound.
- In this role, you will work and collaborate with various functions, including Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Finance, IT, and Legal.
- You will be actively collaborating with team members across both regional and global teams, as well as our 3rd party logistic partners (3PLs) and packaging suppliers. What We Offer:

- Your primary focus will be managing categories such as corrugate, specialized packaging materials, and other warehouse consumables essential to our global distribution network across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Innovation Support: Work closely with product and sustainability teams to test and implement new, eco-friendly packaging materials that align with On's mission.
- Resilience & Diplomacy: Capacity to be a change agent, demonstrating persistence and resiliencies when navigating market fluctuations in raw materials. Attributes of a successful candidate:
- Proficiency with modern sourcing and procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms).
