- Constantly monitoring market developments and trends and assuring input in the organization (e.g. Product Management, R&D) Anforderungen:
- Successfully completed scientific or technical degree, e.g. in physics, materials science, mechanical engineering or similar
- At least first experience in sales, product management, R&D or Process Engineering
- Ideally proven track record of successful business development, revenue increase and gain of market share
- Good understanding in vacuum and thin film coating technology and/or optics
- Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is of advantage
- Trustworthy, convincing and loyal person with a high goal orientation
