- Du kommunizierst und präsentierst sicher und überzeugend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hinterfragst den Status Quo, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst lösungsorientierte Ansätze
- Du überzeugst interne und externe Stakeholder durch deine Empathie, Klarheit und gesunde Durchsetzungsstärke
