Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Strong interest in banking, fintech, and customer experience

Excellent written communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset Fluent in English; German and-or French is a strong advantage
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
This is a part-time job of 20%.

Act as a point of contact for clients, primarily handling written inquiries (chat, email, in-app messaging), and delivering a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience.

You will answer their questions, solve their problems, and guide them through their financial journey with Yuh. Key Responsabilities
