- Advise executives and operational teams to solve their most complex IT and business challenges
- Design ServiceNow solutions that automate processes, increase efficiency, and create real business value
- Lead transformation projects – from strategy and design through implementation and beyond

Must-Have
- Is interested to do ServiceNow Consulting and studied Information Systems Management
- Fluent German and Englisch – You communicate confidently with German-speaking clients but also with international Clients
- Functional expertise – You understand business requirements and can translate them into ServiceNow “language”
- Business Analyst mindset – You think in processes, not just features
- Nice-to-Have (but very welcome):
- IT understanding – You know IT processes, ITIL fundamentals, or IT Service Management
- Consulting experience – You have already worked on client projects or in consulting environments
- 1–3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow (ideally in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Workflow modules) or similar automation platforms
- Certifications – ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator Your Personality!
- Motivated to go the extra mile – You see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles
- Not a 9-to-5 mentality – You're ready to invest in project success
- Hungry to learn – You're curious, actively develop yourself, and want to build consulting skills
