To complement its Development Department based in Crissier, McDonald’s Switzerland is looking to fill the role of: Consultant Real Estate (100%)

- Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the identification and evaluation of strategic locations and growth opportunities
- Mobility benefit: company car, SBB travel pass, or travel allowance depending on the position package.
Responsabilità principali
- Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the identification and evaluation of strategic locations and growth opportunities
- Contributing to market analyses and preparing decision-making materials
- Assisting in the development and follow-up of real estate projects
- Collaborating closely with Asset Management to optimize the existing portfolio
- Preparing presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting lease negotiations and contractual documentation
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners What You Need to Be Successful
- Has a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field Brings solid experience in real estate
