- Partner closely with managers on people, organization and workforce topics, translating business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Coach and advise managers on leadership, employee relations, performance management and people development.
- Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases and provide pragmatic, legally compliant HR guidance.
- Support organizational changes and transformation initiatives, helping managers and employees navigate change effectively.
- Contribute to talent management and succession planning, with particular attention to critical roles and capabilities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition and the business.
- Drive and support the annual HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews and development planning.
- Act as a visible and accessible HR partner, maintaining strong proximity to employees and teams across the site.
