- Influence strategic decisions with accurate budgeting and a robust flexibility plan.
Responsabilità principali
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Influence strategic decisions with accurate budgeting and a robust flexibility plan.
- Co-construct trajectory guidelines and help the country plan for the mid and long term (2026-2029).
- Develop the Business Forecasting competence within the team to optimize decision-making. 2. Performance Management & Reporting
- Business Partnering: Support and challenge leaders to achieve economic performance and succeed as intrapreneurs.
- Cost Efficiency: Implement and monitor specific logistics KPIs, including Cost per Unit (CPU) and transport optimization.
- Inventory & Flow: Manage reporting for Stock Availability, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and supply flow efficiency.
- Real-time Analysis: Use data to enlighten day-to-day business cases and provide figures for closing and reporting.
- Training: Upskill BU leaders on economic performance analysis and finance tools 3. Transformation & Tracking
- Relocation Project Management: Closely track the transition costs of the warehouse move (e.g., dual rent periods, stock transfer costs, Capex) and ensure the ROI of the new infrastructure is realized.
