Panoramica

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to support the UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) business across the APAC region.

Working as part of the regional Market Coverage team, you will set a clear, data-informed direction for brand and marketing activation across APAC countries and segments, ensure alignment with divisional priorities, and orchestrate partnerships that amplify growth, reputation, and client impact. Scope & Impact

Work with the GWM regional marketing heads for Greater China, SEA/Japan and Australia and APAC Head of Marketing to shape the end-to-end Brand & Marketing planning process, integrating funnel goals and in-market priorities to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsabilità principali

  • Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning
  • Help define GWM’s multi-year marketing strategy and annual plan, including objectives by funnel stage and region, target-setting approach, and governance cadence.
  • Translate strategic priorities into integrated campaign roadmaps, briefing requirements, and KPIs; ensure consistency between top-funnel brand goals and mid/bottom-funnel performance targets.
  • Maintain a live portfolio view of programs, reallocating resources to the highest-impact opportunities amid constrained budgets and competitive noise. Regional & Cross-Divisional Support
  • Provide an objective APAC-wide perspective to avoid fragmented approaches and ensure cohesive regional strategy.
  • Support a cross-divisional construct offering strategic advice and partnering with on-the-ground teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
  • Seek out efficiencies by collaborating with IB, AM and P&C divisions to collectively achieve positive business and client outcomes.
  • Co-create creative/media briefs that demand non-traditional ideas capable of breaking through clutter and driving earned amplification; steward agencies / internal teams to that quality bar.
  • Ensure briefs specify funnel requirements by market and articulate how partners will support GWM to align targets and evaluation frameworks. Measurement & Optimization
  • Set and socialize measurement frameworks linking funnel progression to accelerate acquisition and business outcomes; run quarterly reviews to optimize mix, creative, and partnerships against target deltas.
