To strengthen our Supply Network & Planning Team, we are currently looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (Maternity Cover 50%).

Position summary The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist reports directly to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager and plays a key role in managing relationships with customers and partners.

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of orders and forecasts, ensuring their accurate execution from both organizational and logistical perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain in the system orders received from domestic customers, transmit them to external warehouse and monitor delivery punctuality, issue related invoices on daily basis.

• Communicate critical supply issues to customers.
