- During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support, assist, and partner with the EUS team in areas such as:
- Support the EUS team in resolving end-user technology issues, handling service requests, and learning VF’s support tools and processes.
- Assist with workplace technology, including devices, peripherals, meeting room equipment, collaboration tools, and local IT services.
- Help with inventory, user guidance, technology adoption, and small projects while developing communication, documentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, motivated to support others, and interested in developing both technical and professional skills.
