- In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules.

- In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules.
- Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability.
- You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders. The work model for the role is: onsite
- This role is contributing to the IPU Modular within Manufacturing Unit, Business Line Critical Power, Smart Power Division in Quartino, Switzerland. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
- Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
- Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
- Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.
Requisiti principali
- for the role
- You are familiar with MS Office package (MS Excel, Power BI) and SAP: PP, MM modules
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Industrial Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing segment, working as Production Planner, Material Planner, or Order Handling Specialist)
- Proven experience in MRP, Production Planning, Order Handling, Material Planning and Fulfillment
- You eager to learn and grow, have an open mindset and willing to work in a team within a proactive and collaborative environment
- You are fluent in Italian as main language (mother tongue or C2, English B2 as a plus)
- You hold current High School Diploma in technical field/commercial/economics valid in Italy/Switzerland More about us
