Product Strategy & Offering’s mission is to lead the early phases of the product value chain. As a team, we provide market research insights to articulate the value and pricing of our product offering. We oversee budgets, drive investment decisions, and prioritize the entire product portfolio in the best interest of Avaloq and its broad client community. We translate company strategy into product evolution and innovation by orchestrating and integrating with our partners’ ecosystem. The team engages with numerous stakeholders and plays a central role in advocating for and conveying clear messages around our products throughout the organization and to external parties, with marketing providing support. We value curiosity, adaptability, collaboration, and dedication. Your key tasks
• Own the R&D portfolio roadmap, and the related budget. Ensure data completeness including product timelines, sales pipeline, strategy alignment
• Product/features decisions: prioritize based on revenue impact, client community interest and company strategy; balance short-term revenue with long-term product health
