Nachtportier/ Night Auditor (m/w/d) — Grand Hotel Kronenhof, Pontresina (Engadin, Graubünden). Pensum: 100%. Vertrag: 10-Monats-Stelle / 10-month contract. Stellenantritt: 2026-10-01.
## This is what you move with us Front Office & Guest: Handling late check-ins and early check-outs, providing professional guest assistance via telephone, and fulfilling special guest requests. Valet & Luggage Service: Parking guest vehicles in the garage as well as assisting with luggage service and rooming. Night Audit: Completing the daily closing in the system (Opera Cloud), auditing outlet reports, and managing physical cash handling for the accounting department. Security & Control: Conducting regular security rounds, monitoring the fire alarm panel, and ensuring night-time peace and quiet throughout the premises. Preparation: Generating department reports, purchasing and posting newspapers, and providing shoe shine services for our guests.
## This is you Experience: A solid background in the hotel industry (preferably in the 5-star segment) and ideally previous experience in night shifts. IT Proficiency: Confident handling of PMS systems (Opera Cloud) as well as standard MS Office applications. Languages: Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Italian is a significant advantage due to our location and clientele. Commitment: A valid driver’s license and the physical fitness required for security rounds and luggage handling. Personality: A high sense of responsibility, absolute discretion, and a polished appearance that meets our luxury standards.
