Your role Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Do you know how to bring out the best in people? We’re looking for a Market Operations Officer to:
- Support the Market as an as an operational subject matter expert within the Field Operations team
- Manage operational support staff
- Educate all employees on operational policies and procedures
- Manage operations-related client issues
- Oversee account opening and maintenance, funds received and disbursed, and margin/risk items
- Monitor client accounts and transactions
- Perform delegated supervisory functions, approvals and authorizations for the Market
