Are you a leader people look up to? Do you know brokerage operations principles and regulatory rules by heart? We’re looking for a market administrative officer to:

• Lead the Operations and Administrative Management Team
• Manage end to end process of recruitment and development of the Operations and Administrative Management Team and other direct reports where required
• Manage branch administration, including branch facilities and overall cost management to enhance profitability
• Oversee and approve new client accounts, errors, client correspondence and communications
• Advise and manage HR-related issues in the market
• Ensure that all market/branch employees are educated and receive coaching on administrative policies, procedures and risk management
• Implement service excellence standards that include coaching and educating Management and support staff on Client Experience best practices and suitability
• Oversee employee related activity and manage the transition of recruits' accounts
